There she is: the best customer advisor in the Netherlands! Cynthia van Londen of DHL eCommerce achieved the highest 'contact quotient' last Saturday during 'The National CQ-test 2019'. This year the CQ test took place on Saturday 16 March. The theme 'Expedition Customer Contact' was a huge success. No fewer than 24 teams of customer advisors competed for the title of best team and best customer advisor 2019.
Cynthia can call herself the best customer advisor of 2019. In addition, she won a travel voucher worth €750,-, offered by Eelloo and the Customer Service Federation. In addition to Cynthia's win, the rest of the DHL team also took off with the title of best company 2019! The whole team goes to a concert of Maroon5, offered by Randstad.
The three-way final
After five exciting rounds between 24 teams, three finalists competed: Kim Stremmelaar of P-Direkt, Astrid Homan of the Land Registry and Cynthia of London of DHL. After reading the case, about a company with a good image when it comes to the service offered and delivery reliability, they had a live conversation with a voice actor. Both the professional jury and the audience unanimously agreed on the winner Cynthia van Londen!
