Everything at DHL eCommerce revolves around getting something special from A to B. At our 17 sorting centers, also known as CentralHubs or RegionalHubs, our colleagues work daily to get millions of shipments to the right address as quickly as possible. The great thing is, each Hub is different, with its own processes, atmosphere, and unique character.

We are looking for Supervisors and Team Leaders to lead our employees in the daily sorting process at our Hubs and who are eager to continue building the largest logistics organization in the world. Your knowledge and experience are of incredible value.

Logistics Leaders

Below we will explain the roles of Supervisors and Team Leaders who optimize the logistics processes in the Hubs. Or check our job openings directly. These positions require knowledge of the Dutch language. 

Your new role as:
Supervisor Operations at DHL

  • You maintain an overview of the entire process and identify bottlenecks in time for further optimization
  • You devise sustainable solutions for blockages in your work
  • Together with the Team Leaders, you are responsible for over 350 colleagues
  • You are the point of contact for suppliers and customers 
  • You ensure that regular coaching and development conversations are held so that colleagues continue to develop
  • Your salary is between €3,241 and €4,540 gross per month based on a 40 hour workweek  (excluding allowances)
  • You are entitled to 23 vacation days and 8% vacation pay
  • You get a budget to use for example for extra salary or more vacation days
  • There are great career opportunities within your own department or elsewhere in the organization, for example to a role as Operations Manager

  • You brief the team so that everyone knows what needs to be done
  • You ensure that packages and pallets move smoothly through the process and are delivered to customers according to standards
  • You properly coordinate and finalize the transport and logistics process through good alignment and collaboration
  • You proactively contribute to optimizing the sorting process and sorting capacity
  • In everything you do, you keep the end goal in mind: a satisfied customer
  • Your salary is between €2,726 and €3,669 gross per month based on a 40 hour workweek (excluding allowances)
  • You are entitled to 23 vacation days and 8% vacation pay
  • You get a budget to use for extra salary or more vacation days, for example
  • There are great career opportunities within your own department or elsewhere in the organization, for example to a role as Supervisor
