Want to send a parcel by dropping it off at a locker? It's very simple:
- Attach your shipping label
Place the label on your parcel. Without a shipping label, you can’t use our lockers for shipping. If you don’t have a label, drop your package off at a nearby DHL ServicePoint instead. - Scan the barcode
Go to a nearby DHL Locker and scan the barcode on your shipping label. On the screen, select the locker size you need. - Place the package in the locker
Shipping multiple packages? Place each one in its own locker. - Close and confirm
Close the locker door, click ‘confirm,’ and you’re all set. You’ll receive a drop-off receipt in your email right away. Our delivery driver will pick up your package soon.
