Who is liable once DHL has left the parcel in the Agreed Place?

DHL is responsible until the moment the parcel is delivered. When a courier leaves your order at the agreed place, they register this, and you'll see it in the My DHL app and on track and trace. You will also receive a notification about this.
If your parcel gets damaged, is lost, or stolen after DHL has delivered it, you are responsible for it, similar to when you choose delivery to a neighbor.
Each time you choose Agreed Place, we remind you of the terms and recommendations. We ask you to agree to these terms with every delivery arrangement.
