My DHL app

The official My DHL app is available for iOS in the App Store (from OS 13) and for Android in the Google Play Store (from OS 8).

The My DHL app is the control room of your packages. You see exactly what the status is of all your packages. Sent, ordered or returned: all in one handy overview. You follow each shipment via track and trace, you can make last-minute delivery changes, set your delivery preferences and turn push notifications on or off. You can also use the app to easily send your own packages.

The simplest way is to add an additional e-mail address. If you don't want to, you can delete your account and create a new account with a different email address.

In the My DHL app or in 'My DHL' on desktop, go to your profile on the top right. There you can enter your preferred delivery method. Don't forget to add your address to your profile first, otherwise we won't be able to find you. If your preference changes, you can always change it again in your profile. You can even enter multiple preferences, for example for your work and home address. Is everything set? We will do everything we can to deliver your packages according to your preferences.

To delete your My DHL app account:

• Click on your avatar (the image with your initials or photo) in the upper right corner
• Go to “My account”
• Click on “Delete my account
• Click on “Yes, delete my account
• You will be asked for your password, enter it
• You will receive an email with a link to confirm the deletion of your account; click on that link to permanently delete your account
