Picnic will take DHL parcels with them from today when they come by for a message. Through the cooperation, consumers can, for example, give returns from webshops with the Picnic courier.
The pick-up service starts in Gouda and Zoetermeer. In these places we gain experience with the cooperation and monitor the experiences of our customers. If it is a success, we will expand the cooperation to other places in the Netherlands.
Picnic customers receive a return label for returns from webshops. Consumers who want to send a package themselves can also give it to the Picnic delivery person.
And just to be clear: Picnic will not deliver DHL parcels.
