How it started
Because of the growth of DHL, the old system could no longer meet the increasing demand for new features in our planning tool. This led us to develop the advanced Operational Planning & Control (OPC) system, where we integrate variables such as additional locations and volume. This allows us to respond more flexibly to growing needs and optimize the functionality of our planning tool. Does this seem interesting to you? How it's going
We place great importance on the planning of truck routes. By closely analyzing where optimizations can be made, you monitor execution and apply improvements using realization data. The system is always on standby because the optimal performance of our trucks depends on it. Additionally, you aim to provide maximum support to our planners, enabling them to quickly respond to changes and efficiently carry out their daily tasks.
